We always plan the search together with client regarding where to look for staff, specialists or Managers. Also possible off-limits is discussed. Furthermore the profile of candidate, budgeted remuneration etc is decided upon. After having sourced, interviewed and presented a shortlist of candidates, Monvair performs a back ground check, taking references on the candidate.
Monvair is treating each assignment with confidentiality, which includes both the Company and the Candidates. We aim to establish long term relationship, both with Clients and Executives. Even tough Monvair have an extensive database, we always include new Executives in a search. Normally we present candidates within four weeks.
