Our focus is a fast and excellent result for the client, and we offer flexible solutions, including mixed search strategy
for each individual case. Different companies have different needs when it comes to recruiting, and the target pool of
candidates may vary from position to position. Therefore, Monvair uses a mix of Head-hunting, advertising and networking,
depending on the agreed search plan.
We always plan the search together with client regarding where to look for staff, specialists or Managers. Also possible off-limits is discussed. Furthermore the profile of candidate, budgeted remuneration etc is decided upon. After having sourced, interviewed and presented a shortlist of candidates, Monvair performs a back ground check, taking references on the candidate. Monvair is treating each assignment with confidentiality, which includes both the Company and the Candidates. We aim to establish long term relationship, both with Clients and Executives. Even tough Monvair have an extensive database, we always include new Executives in a search. Normally we present candidates within four weeks. It is estimated that a bad recruiting on mid-management level cost the company EUR 80,000. In addition the client has lost time. Monvair gives a guarantee period of ? year as insurance versus wrong recruiting. However, we do our utmost to prevent this from happening, avoiding costs and time spent for both parties.
